Hello! I’m a food writer, editor, and photographer living in Brooklyn. Born and raised in New York City, I graduated from Wesleyan University in 2009 with a BA in Sociology and French. Though my culinary interests are broad (and I have yet to find a food I won’t eat), I love oysters, runny yolks, chopped liver, and soft, stinky cheeses above all else.
As Associate Editor of Serious Eats, I have the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of my passions for writing and food. In the evenings, I’m in class at The Institute of Culinary Education, where I’m earning a Culinary Arts Diploma.
You can find my work on Serious Eats and Saveur.com, or by checking out my portfolio page. Feel free to reach out to me at nikiachitoffgray [at] gmail.com with any questions or comments.

Beautifully constructed photographs which, as sweet as they are, have a hard time competing with the passion of your prose.
